Robert W. Tillson is President and founder of Hazmat Systems.  He has held a
variety of positions in the technology industry including co-founding The Wercs, an MSDS authoring software systems company in the chemical industry.  He was also corporate development consultant to Ariel Research, a regulatory data base venture subsidiary of Eastman Chemical.  Mr. Tillson is Managing Director of the technology practice for Pierce Financial, an investment banking firm head quartered in the Washington, DC area.  Earlier in his career he was the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales of CompuServe and served in executive positions with General Electric Information Services and IBM.  

Charles W. McCall serves as Chairman of Hazmat Systems.  He is the retired
Chairman of McKesson, the largest healthcare supplier in the United States.  He
was also CEO of HBO and Company, as well as CEO of CompuServe.
